RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

AstroBJ has transparent & fair Return Policy. Customer is entitled for 100% return & can raise request for same within 10 days from date of delivery if below conditions are met.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less Shipping charge) . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or paypal, once we receive the product we will credit your account.

Conditions to be eligible for Return & Exchange

Customer gets 100% refund if product is proved synthetic / artificial by any approved / reputed gemological institute. AstroBJ provides 100% Natural product with certificate of authenticity.
If item delivered is not as per the description mentioned on our website.
If the item is found damaged or not in good condition on delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy. We make sure items are dispatched after proper quality check & good packaging from our end.
Item(s) must be in original, unused condition and accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation etc.
All requests for return of product have to be placed within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. No requests for retunes after ten (10) days from date of delivery will be processed.
We don’t entertain return & refund in any other case. Dealers who buy-back or exchange used product, work on business model where used product are passed on to the next customer.
